Sign-up guidelines:

- Time trials are open to regular swim team swimmers only. Pre-team swimmers should not swim in time trials.

- Swimmers can swim up to four stroke events (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly) as well as the Individual Medley (IM).

- 9-12 swimmers should swim all stroke events in time trials and the IM if recommended by the coach (9-10 wishing to swim the IM should ask the coach before signing up for this event.)

- 8 & Under swimmers should sign up to swim all four strokes and the coaches will adjust if they feel a swimmer is not ready in a particular event. (8 & under swimmers wishing to swim the IM should ask a coach before signing up for this event.)

Any general questions about time trials - ask any swim rep or coach. Any question about what to swim - email [email protected]! You can also leave a note for the coach when you sign up.

Food: No concessions will be available. Please bring any snacks and drinks you need during the meet. 

Please indicate your swimmer(s) interest in swimming in our B meet vs. Somerset. Note that B meets are not open to pre-team swimmers.

Entries are due on MONDAY July 15 @ 7pm.

Sign up guidelines:

• All swimmers who are not entered in the Division D Championship Meet ("non-divisional swimmers"), even those who earned points at Saturday's A Meet, may enter the last B Meet.
• The maximum number of events any non-divisional swimmer can swim in this meet is three individual stroke events (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly) plus the individual medley (IM) for a total of four events.
• Swimmers who are swimming in the Division D Championship Meet ("divisional swimmers") may choose to swim one event (that they are not swimming at divisionals) for exhibition in the last B Meet.
• 10 and under swimmers attempting the IM for the first time require coaches' approval before signing up for this event.

Meet Details:

Theme: Cartoon Twins (Pair up with a friend or group of friends and dress like a cartoon character)

Warm-up: 5:20 pm 

Directions and Parking: Parking inside the pool parking lot is reserved for the Mohican but is extremely limited. Please do not drive over the wood bridge unless you or a passenger require ADA parking. Overflow parking is available on residential side streets but please be mindful not to block any driveways. If dropping off swimmers please do so at the entrance to the Pool parking lot at the corner of Falstone Ave and Warwick Place.

Food: Timber Pizza Food Truck will be on site, (https://www.timberpizza.com), and Clayboy's will be selling shave ice. Somerset will also have snacks and drinks available for purchase through their concessions table (cash & Venmo only).

Hot Heats: Somerset plans to increase the excitement with some random Hot Heats where the winner of that specific heat will get a prize.                                                

Mark your swimmer as "available for" or "not available for" ASAP. Coaches will notify all swimmers about qualification and eligibility for the A Meet Roster.

Volunteers: Please sign-up to volunteer if you have a swimmer competing at this meet. If you need to change your volunteer role, please do so BEFORE 8:30pm FRIDAY JULY 11. Email [email protected] if you have any changes after this deadline. Thanks!

Parking:  Parking is available at the pool, along the streets, and across the street at Ronald McNair Elementary School. Please do not park along the outer yellow curb in the circle at the pool entrance. 

Warm-Ups: Mohican warm-ups from 8:25 - 8:50am

Concessions: They will have full concessions available including Chick-fil-a breakfast biscuits, donuts, candy, and drinks. Cash and credit card payments are accepted.

Team Lunch: We will have a team lunch offsite at a nearby restaurant. Location will be announced at the meet.
