Warm Up:  7:10am

Officials Meeting:  7:30

Competition pool clears: 7:50am

Meet Start:  8am (note one hour earlier than A Meets)

LAST EVENTS:  Parent 100M Freestyle Relay (4X25 sign up online); Coaches Medley Relay

Meet End: Approximately 11:30-11:45am

PARKING:

Permit ONLY in the Kenmont lot; ABSOLUTELY NO DROP OFF or PARKING AT POOL.  Do not park at WHEATON Mall.  Parking is permitted throughout the neighborhood of Kensington Heights, BUT NOT FAULKNER PLACE.   You will be ticketed and/or towed. 

Swimmer drop-off: 

Located on along Mall Ring Road -access road around Wheaton Plaza.  There will be a volunteer at the drop off to direct swimmers into the back entrance to the pool.

What to bring:  Chairs, extra water, towels, extra swimsuit, snacks that will not dehydrate swimmers, etc. and small games, cards, sunscreen and bug spray. 

PLEASE NOTE:  

We are guests of the host team, Kenmont. There will be SIX teams at this meet, with approximately 40 athletes per team.  Swimmers will not be allowed outside the designated team area except for warm-ups, heat line-up, events and to use the restroom.  We ask you to please convey the importance of staying within the team area during the meet.  Recreation areas (playground, tennis and basketball courts) will be closed during the meet and athletes are NOT permitted to be in these areas.

Half Time: Celebration to honor our graduating seniors

TEAM LUNCH: Join us on the back deck for our last team lunch immediately following the meet. Astro Donuts & Fried Chicken will be back again, beginning at 11am, and selling from the front parking lot for our lunch. Or, feel free to bring your own lunch.

Please indicate your swimmer(s) interest in swimming in our intra-squad meet at Mohican. Entries are due by 9pm on Monday, July 12.  THIS MEET IS open to regular swim team - pre-team swimmers should not sign up. Swimmers are limited to 3 stroke events, in addition to the IM. Also, swimmers who placed 1st-5th in an event at Darnestown are not eligible to swim that event. Please reach out to a coach before the MONDAY 9pm deadline if you have a question about meet entries.

VOLUNTEERS: We need everyone on deck!  This event is ONLY MO and it means double the fun and double the deck jobs to fill. Pleas sign-up to help when you register your swimmers. 

THEME: Tie-dye!  Wear your new tie dye gear from the Pep Rally last week. 

Food Truck: Pitas Bowls & Salads from Dalia's Falafel.  The pool snack bar also will be open, cashless to pool accounts only.

BRING Your Old MO Gear to our first annual GO MO Recycle Event!  

Why donate MO Gear that is too small or doesn't fit anymore?  Pass it on!  We'll have a table for collecting and sharing gear.  We'll accept anything without stains or tears for sharing with other (younger teammates!).  

Please declare whether your swimmer is available to swim in this Saturday meet. Rosters will be set by the coaches the Thursday before the meet. Only a limited number of swimmers compete in our Saturday meets. BUT - If your swimmer is able to swim, please note them as "available" even if you think they are unlikely to qualify for the meet - you never know!

Please indicate your swimmer(s) interest in swimming in our B meet vs. Little Falls.  Note that B meets are not open to pre-team swimmers or swimmers who placed 1-5place in A Meet Events on 7/3. 

Entries due on MONDAY 7/5 @ 9pm.  

Please remember to select events for your swimmer WHEN YOU make the declaration to attend.  If you are uncertain about events, speak with a coach prior to selecting. 

This meet is our first HOME B meet during MacArthur Rush HOUR.  All swimmers should be on deck, ready to warm-up by 4:50pm Please plan accordingly by carpooling or walking to the pool.  Parking will be reserved for LITTLE FALLS team members ONLY.  

THEME:  Mohican Beach Party! Come dressed in your favorite beach gear.
